Ms. Rebecca Vogan
Instructor of Forest School, Class Aide, and Lunch Supervisor
Becca Vogan grew up in Sugar Land, TX; and is currently attending the College of Biblical Studies, pursuing a degree in Biblical Counseling. Becca loves spending time in nature, no matter the weather. She is even known to take walks amidst heavy downpours. One of her favorite sayings is, “there’s no such thing as bad weather, only bad preparation.”
When she’s not outdoors, you will often find Becca at a Student Ministries event, where she enjoys leading and mentoring Middle and High School aged youth. In fact, she knew she wanted to work in youth ministry from the moment she became part of the youth group at age eleven!
In her spare time, Becca loves pursuing all things creative and beautiful: Singing, dancing, painting and drawing; problem solving, crafting, cooking and baking, and fiddling with guitars and other stringed instruments. Becca also loves learning about God’s creation through travel and has managed to set foot on four continents (so far!). She is a fervent learner, and loves reading about and discussing history, philosophy, and economics. She is also an avid fan of the works of Jane Austen and J.R.R. Tolkien. Do
not ask her how many times she has read The Hobbit!
