Mrs. Danaly Payne
Instructor of Kaleidoscope, Science, and Latin & History with Art
Mrs. Danaly is an experienced home educator and mother of four. She is originally from Puerto Rico and speaks Spanish as her first language. Danaly left her beautiful island to pursue a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York. She graduated and practiced engineering for several years until her firstborn daughter was born. Since then, she has been living her dream of being home and actively leading her children’s education. She has taught at various homeschool co-ops and hosted private classes out of her home. Mrs. Payne is a life-long learner and enjoys teaching a variety of subjects. She feels privileged to spend her time pointing children to what is true, good, and beautiful. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in her garden, taking long walks with her husband Jim, reading aloud to whoever will listen, and enjoying a houseful of her teenagers and their friends.
