BHSC is now seeking employees for various part-time positions for the 2025–26 academic year.
We are currently hiring instructors to teach the following classes and subjects (see the Instructor job description (PDF) here):
- On-call Substitute Teacher(s)—all subjects and levels
- Student Council Co-advisor
- Kaleidoscope Instructor (early elementary)
- Math Instructors:
- Pre-algebra
- Elementary math
- Science Instructors:
- Elementary Science
- Earth Science (7th grade)
- Physical Science (8th grade)
- Chemistry, Accelerated (11th/12th grade)
- Humanities Instructors:
- Latin and History w/ Art (Form 1—2nd & 3rd grades)
- History & Geography (Form 3—middle school/early high school)
- U.S. Government & Texas History (Form 4—upper high school)
- Traditional Electives Instructors:
- Studio Art (middle & high school combined class)
- Public Speaking (middle & high school combined class)
- Charlotte Mason-inspired Panorama Instructors:
- Plutarch, Shakespeare, Artist & Composer Study
- Nature Journaling
- Handicrafts (Form 2a/4th grade)
